Well, these guys aren't police, but security for the Fairyland Shopping Mall in Nakon Sawan. You can't tell from the picture, but they were completely ignoring the traffic, and instead blowing their whistles and dancing in the street. Presumably if the traffic got heavier, they might have paid attention to their jobs. Then again....
