If you like hot chilli normally jalapino chilli not quite as hot as Thai chilli but if you grill them before use, the grilled chille will turn in to Vocano heat 2-4times hotter than normal.

It's strange, when my fiancee' tried a Jalapeno at the supermarket she didn't think it had any fire to it at all. The Habanero's were a little different which I found out to my regret the other night when she made Lab Gai
