Ok, I'm looking at homes and land listings and.....

Land for sale in Chiang Mai - Thailand

Location: Chiang Mai - Doi Saket

Land Title : Chanot

Size: 6.8 Rai = 10.880 sqm

Price : 7.5 Mio TB

Would someone please help me understand 'Rai'. Yes, I'm from the USA. I understand 1 acre = 43560 sqr ft. or 208.71' square.

Also, 7.5 Mio TB is that 7.5 million baht? And is that a deal?
