1 Acre = 2.5 Rai, 6.8 Rai = 2.7 Acre, 7.5 Million Baht is it cheap or expensive ? To know that you have to compare the neighborhood listing or the recent buy/sell, talk to many realtors regarding the property how fast how slow it moves. For best result ask Thai friend does this for you and help revaluate the property.
If you really like it make sure you go to the city record "direct" ask to see the lien against property and see the actual map of the property if it is same as it's claimed. Do not rely on the ownership record (Cha nod) that they will show you because they can pawn the ownership paper (Cha nod) for the money then go to the record ask for the new one and say they lost the old one and do this over and over many times.
In Thailand we don't have Escrow service or Title ins. you have to investigate everythings yourself.
Make sure it is not part of reserved national forest or highway eastman.
