I have to side with dirk3 on this one. I rarely eat food farang at home, and I am sure not going to eat it in Thailand. The last time I ate McDonalds I became physically ill. I threw up the first Big Mac and threw away the second. Paul's idea of eating food from the vendors is the best alternative. IMHO
