ARA; Thats strange, I went to Carrefour McD. in CM almost daily as I had my daughter and she liked their ice cream and fries, and I did see a lot of Thai's eating hamburgers, same when we went to Pattaya a few weeks ago, we met my friend who lives there at a McD and it was full of Thai's eating Hamburgers. but i do not see it here as we don't have one in my town, closest one would be phetsanulouk I think. But a lot of em eating KFC tho.
