68 F is about 20 C. and 0 F. is about -30C so -70 F. would be about -100C I would think, I will have to get the conversion tables from the net. and start using C due to the fact that is what is used here,, but in the states no one understands C.

My PC seems to be doing a little better but still downloading about 2.0 KB/sec and I checked the ISP speed and it is right at 400 down and 350 upload, so it is either the site or my set.
