I heard that more and more modern thai people prefer girls who are thinner and thinner? (I am not sure what is that girls prefer?) Is there such a trend?
This trend elsewhere and on the TV disheartens me, because I always feel that people should have that little extra on them?

If this trend is really on, is it also applicable to the rural areas in Thailand? Would they not prefer girls who are well ... healthy and full? I imagine so...

Is natural & earthy' giving way to 'slick & swift'?

Or is this all a non-issue?
