As for guava and his 'That's a sexist comment':quote
Did i just not answer a question??
What i wrote was perfectly right. Perhaps guava ought to come and live here in Thailand and see for himself.
Just coming to the country as a tourist, is fine, but if you live here for a long time you will realize that Thais are extremely open about some matters and looks are one. I already mentioned that some things which are verbally perceived as derogatory in say the UK are not so here. Just like 'you look fat' (literal trans from Thai) which in Thai is positively the opposite, a good meaning. I think its good to share these differences then there will be less cultural misunderstandings.
Sure bring on a Thai girl (one who live's here) and she'll tell yous all that to say to the likes of 'Thai men like thin girls' is absolutely a completely everyday normal thing to say.
And don't kid me, but the last time i was in the UK, all the men used to talk about there were 'looks this and looks that' while the women just looked on completely indifferent.
Can't believe how guava singled me out, now ive read a lot more direct comments than mine on the forums.
What i wrote was a 'fact'. That is how Thai people are and what they like, generally. It was not an opinion.
