Hello again! And thank you for all your responses.
I have another question that I hope someone may be able to answer.
If a marriage was
not
registered, what is the division of assets if the couple decide to break up? Is a non-registered marriage considered a common law (defacto) marriage in Thailand?
Why do so many Thai couples not register their marriages?
