There are a lot of expats in the Pattaya area so you won't have trouble finding classes there. I would suggest you get a good grounding in the Thai language first by exploring our free site at learningthai.com. You can also help tune your ear for free by listening to Thai music at our other site listen2thaimusic.com. Some people like to buy book and computer software courses. You will find a large selection at our own thaihypermarket.com site. We think the Thai for Beginners series is excellent. There are three books and they all come with CDs. If you have any questions about learning Thai then post them in our forums here. People are answering questions here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
