My advice would be -

1) come visit LOS for a few weeks and see if it suits your taste. This would include culture, weather and food.

2) go back to swiss get some degree and a good job. Every year end, visit LOS again.

Don't rush things as you are still young and i bet your mom would be worried sick if you are far away.
