Just a thought:
Three weeks at the airport will add up to a lot of baht.
Many hotels will store bags for guests at zero or very little cost other than a tip you may want to give the bellhop when
he puts the bag in their storage room (hint

).
Use a small lock or cable ties for a little security.
I'd be a little careful about some of the places on Koh Sahn Road though, there are stories about problems.
The hotel I stay at (mid range) will even let me keep my tickets etc. in their safe deposit box while I'm upcountry for a couple weeks. With the understanding that I will stay there when I return to BKK (usually the last two days before I fly home).
