Hi. Delawang and all.
Thai people live here in the US try to change from Thai name to American not because we want to be like Farung but for Farung to remember and easy to call. Let me give you the sample and I will use my name for it. My real name is แสงจักร which it should spell Sangjugr rather to make it simple I spell Sangjack (This is my official name. on the driver license etc.). So they call me Jack in short. แอ็ด is my nick name in Thai so I spell Att or sometimes At. I maried to Chicana lady (We divorced but still live together) So sometimes I call my name San Jacinto (Hacinto) in Spanish. Now what is your Thai name Delawang.?
I went to Community college a couple of year ago. I took the courses on computer (A+ Certficate, I'm an
ex-Electronic technician) and some course in English to improve my Grammar and spelling (Forget about the accent I never can change) I didn't get very far on English class. It just against the way I use to used all my life so I gave up.
One of theses days I will tell you what had happen to me on that day.
By the way I log on to Thai chat room this morning. I didn't say much because of my slow typing. So I just watch them talk. It seem to be a lot of fun. Did you ever try?
