自殺青年中6槍 涉襲警受審 警指生命受威脅 距2.5米開槍

【明報專訊】有濫藥習慣的青年企圖在家割脈自殺，驚動警方到場，但青年涉圖以菜刀襲擊到場警員，其間被警員 開6槍制服。看來已活動自如的青年昨就襲警罪等受審，其中連開4槍的警員供稱，因擔心生命受威脅才接連開槍 ，當時與被告相距雖僅2.5米，不肯定對方有否中槍。
中槍被告陳駿傑（20歲）否認傷人和襲警，他昨活動自如，臉色雖蒼白但面露笑容，看來不似身中多槍，但同行 親友則指他身體狀况差。
案發去年9月6日早上，被告的祖母報警，指孫兒手自殺。隸屬東九龍衝鋒隊的警長李錫安、警員何惠安和余家傑 接報前往樂富邨宏樂樓5樓現場。
警員何惠安作供表示，他們到達後，被告持菜刀步出單位，斥責屋內祖母「報乜×嘢警」，此時何拔槍戒備，李和 余亦拿出伸縮警棍。

警長李錫安作供時稱，他當時身處走廊，聽到4響槍聲後趕往電梯大堂，見被告目露凶光，舉刀衝向他。他稱與被 告相距約20呎，瞄準被告胸部開了兩槍，被告緩緩倒地，腹部流血。
被告指不記得過程 否認襲警
控方透露，被告事後被送往深切治療部，留醫9日後始能錄取口供，解釋當日打算用刀自殺，但無法記起當日過程 ﹕「腦海中我係無襲警。」醫生在被告身上發現兩個彈頭、7個彈孔，分佈左臂、右盆骨等位置。聆訊今日繼續， 控方會呈上醫療報告，解釋被告中槍傷勢。
