襲警青年中三槍判囚22月

企圖自殺青年襲警，警員自衛開槍，青年身中3槍，需切除三分之一肺部保命，今被判囚22個月。
被告陳駿傑（20歲）另須向受傷警員何惠安賠償8000元。控方今呈上醫療報告顯示被告身上有8個彈孔，估 計因子彈貫穿身體多個部分造成。被告左肺亦有氣胸（俗稱爆肺），體內2處發現金屬。
暫委裁判官林鉅溥裁決時指出，3名警員面對被告手持菜刀，來勢洶洶，根據警察通例可以「高一級武力」制止， 認為每次開槍均是合理、合法。林官又說，3名警察當時既要保護被告祖母、防止被告自殺，同時亦要阻止被告襲 擊，屬正當執行職務。
林官又引述其他案例判辭，指出被告「傷勢是自己找來」，又指以其他案例來說，「即使是推一推（警員），也可 判即時入獄」。
辯方求情時透露，被告送院時危殆，在深切治療部留醫4天才轉往普通病房，前後共住院21日，可謂「死過翻生 」。右邊腹腔至今有1粒子彈未取出，背部近肩胛位置亦有殘留碎片，須定期回醫院接受觀察。
案發於去年9月6日，警長李錫安和警員何惠安、余家傑接報前往樂富邨宏樂樓，處理被告企圖割脈自殺。被告持 菜刀步出單位，以粗口辱罵警員後圖舉刀施襲，李和何共開6槍制止。其中何與被告糾纏其間，手臂被刀傷，眼角 被打瘀。
