王金平：「扁案」讓高雄選情翻轉

「二次金改案」陳水扁獲判無罪，立法院長王金平認為，高雄市長的選情因為這種不符選民認知的司法判決而翻轉，並說，高雄市長的選舉已經重新開始。
王金平表示，「扁案」的司法判決完全不符選民的認知，已經對選情造成重大影響，民調必將重新洗牌，因為選民 已經開始重新評估司法價值，以及究竟應支持什麼樣的候選人。他並說，選舉已經重新開始，也是黃昭順扭轉情勢的新機會。
阿扁在「二次金改案」獲判無罪後，包括黃昭順及許多高雄市國民黨籍議員候選人都發起「全民聲討」連署。
