Thanks for the link, I've been here long enough to understand the different level of government. Still a bit confused as to how to vote, I'll be looking through the site. Get citizenship cert they immediately get you to sign the enrollment form liao lah. whahahaha

The WHITE voting form can be a problem if you opt for BELOW THE LINE.
