let's see...

guy who was investigated but never charged with any crime in relation to murdering someone in aruba and now charged but not yet convicted of anything in relation to murdering someone in peru.

ex-NFL football player who was charged and tried for killing his ex-wife+boyfriend in a very public trial and was acquitted, by all accounts because the prosecution ****ed up.

yes, i can totally see the comparison.

Snide comment aside, Vander Sloot- was saved more than likely by his father. Dude pretty much confessed to knowing what happened and he even alledgely tried getting money from the mother, to find where the body is. I just would have expected more of a commotion since an American female was murdered. So while, it's true he was never charged, his actions and video show otherwise. O.J. on the otherhand was aqcuitted, regardless about how people feel about him.

I would have expected more of a commotion because of who was killed. Anyway....
