There's supposed to be a show on the National Geographic Channel called Locked Up Abroad and they're going to have a show about Peruvian prison in a couple of weeks.

I thought I saw that the other night. 3 dudes got caught with cocaine. 1 guy was threatened by the others into taking the rap. Basically, he had to become a total drug addict in order to cope with the deplorable conditions. Vanderpoop is in for a lovely experience.

And at the first prison the inmates all had friggin' Machetes*. I can't imagine Peru as being that much different.
