Could not agree more. Usually interesting topics, but that dude is maybe the most loathsome person i could imagine injecting into legitimately insane situations. Such a spoiled hipster archetype.

That being said, I watched the entirety of their doc on Libya, which is unquestionably one of the craziest places in the world. Lots of screen time with a former rebel leader/cannibal turned preacher. Worth a look.

And welcome to NK is better for those who have not seen it. I also highly recommend "Crossing the Line", a documentary about the one surviving US military defector to North Korea. He was used in propaganda films as the typical ruthless US capitalist villain for decades, and became one of the nations biggest (and only) celebrities. He fathered several children with russian and african diplomats in the country, and currently lives a comparatively comfortable, state-subsidized existence. Very interesting.
