Who else but your latinamerican clown Hugo Chavez.

So what if Venezuela is a safe haven for world class terrorists (think FARC or ETA), no need to fight real crime, after all, thugs and murderers are Chavez's vote base.

So what do we need to do to solve the crime issue in what have become during Chavez (10 years and counting) rule one of the most dangerous countries in the world?

Ban toys and video games:
