Limbaugh said on his radio show yesterday that he wouldn't trust that money donated to Haiti through the White House Web site would actually go to the relief efforts. He said Americans don't need to contribute to earthquake relief because they already donate to Haiti through their income taxes. He's got a point.
Remember the Tsunami? And all the millions/billions donated from the world over? Remember there were numerous stories about how the money wasn't getting to the relief efforts? Millions unaccounted for.

There are plenty of charities out there holding their hat out for cash donations. There is even a Facebook movement going on: Press #### on your cell phone and donate $10.

I know it's cynical to say, but I think at these times of crisis some nonprofits really make out well, and the $$ you think is going directly to Haiti does not.
