I think the humanitarian disaster is staggering. I think to a certain extent its so bad that if the US does not step up a little in terms of setting up a transitional rule of law, ripples in terms of possibly creating a Somali-like broken state an hour off our shores is entirely possible. I think that kind of total failure, piracy and mass starvation and mass emigration by boat to the US by a couple million starving people is a real security issue.
