Actually, it is virtually a religion, one people are fanatical enough to kill (or, at least, advocate such) over:

No, I am sorry, that's just stupid too. Is it an ideology? A world view? Perhaps.

But a religion? Don't waste my time on feeble minded conspiratorial crap. Stupid crap rhetoric like that is an affront to good sense.
