The Sun only gets hotter as it gets older.

That means the radiation that bakes the Earth will only increase over time. It never decreases. Our orbital eccentricity from the Sun doesn't change (much), so that means as time goes on, our planet will get hotter over time no matter if we do it ourselves or if Nature does it.

And once the Sun starts consuming its He instead of H, the Earth will be done for.

On the bright side (pun intended), Saturn's moon Titan is fairly large, has an atmosphere and is chock full of hydrocarbons (several times more than the Earth) and has an atmosphere made of chemicals that can be catalyzed into breathable air and water.

The only trouble with Titan is that its atmosphere contains hydrogen cyanide gas, which is pretty deadly in minuscule doses.
