That's what I get for listening to CNN, One Million seems more logical.

The Indian Ocean has an area of 26 to 29 million square miles, depending exactly where you define the boundaries.

The Earth's surface isn't a billion square miles. If it weren't for innumeracy, the media would sometimes have nothing to say.
