By the way, I did door to door too, but you (in my case my wife) was still the responsible for the import.

Negative with my company, I have had no contact with Aduanas or customs or whatever., I paid to the company and my stuff will be here this week without ever paying another penny. I did this with 2 LCD Tvs before with the same company and never had a problem, never paid another penny other than what I paid the company in New York.
Check either your company or your wife :-/
