The guy is a dick. He is buying brownie points to secure himself over recent changes. Over the last 3 months Haitians have been leaving La Caleta in really high numbers. For years everyone has got along well together, but something has switched in recent months. There are virtually no moto concho Haitians about now, been driven out after being easy targets.
