I see no reason that a country has to apologize for what happened generations ago. People need to move on.

I agree.Just like the Haitians need to forget about the Parsley Massacre during the Trujillo Era and both countries
move on.The present day people have absolutely nothing to do with what occurred years ago.Let by gones be by gones.
