It was hardly promoted at all as far as I could tell. I noticed something about it on Facebook a day before, but nothing in the media, as you say. Maybe there were posters/fliers in Santo Domingo? Radio/TV ads? If it was well attended, there must have been some promotion, or maybe Radio Bemba took care of it.
