Haha, I sometimes wonder if I am living in the same country as these characters, seriously I do sometimes wonder if I am oblivious to how much danger I'm in, walking my neighbourhood without body armour and an rpg on my shoulder.

No need to put much thought into why the US murder rate is so high if guns are so much a part of daily life.
