This is all getting ridiculous, I thought Caribbean living was supposed to chill people out. Act like a Dominican when dealing with things you don't like or want to hear, pretend it doesn't exist and go about your business, fight it if you have to, if it comes to that, if everyone doesn't acknowledge it then it probably won't exist.
For all the worriers, what exactly is stopping you from handing in your temp residency application yourself. For the cost of doing it (update me on the costs if you do it yourself?) yourself and the cost some of you are contemplating spending running around like headless chickens, surely putting the application in is cheaper, then your set for the time being, whether you need it, want it, use it or not. Even if the application for some crazy reason got knocked bak, you still buy yourself the time you need, which is the immediate future.
am I missing something?
