Can you please elaborate on just what "GET IT STARTED" means? Seems rather vague.

To get medical exam, that's what it means to "get it started". Medical exam is valid for 12 months, and must have at least 6 months of validity left when depositing the file at DGM. Right now, you cannot get medical done without residency visa. BUT, if you have had medical exam done prior to the regulation effective date, you can still deposit the file and start the residency process (in the current situation).

SO, what HB says to "get it started" IF and WHEN the window of opportunity presents itself, is to go get the medical done!
