Apparently there were 4 police officers (2 senior and 2 junior) having tea with an ex police officer.
The gangster chief came to the teahouse and was shot.
After the shooting, the ex police officer called for an ambulance, while the 4 police officers left.
"Bao Liao Tian Wang" KMT lawmaker Chiu Yi has accused the ex police officer of being on the payroll of the gangster chief. The ex police officer has vehemently denied this claim and is threatening to sue Chiu Yi. He also claims that he had invited the 4 police officers for tea and a friendly chat, and none of them knew that the gangster chief would be coming to the teahouse that afternoon.
