Perhaps the shifting of the cameras was to hide the fact that matas gathered there.
Probably not to hide the results of the shooting, which appeared to be unknown to the matas.
In addition to the 4 matas at the scene on the day of the shooting, it was also revealed at a press conference held by the country's deputy police chief that 5 other matas had been going into the gangster's den a few days before the shooting.
The deputy chief declared that the matas will be charged with gathering at an inappropriate place. As to whether they were there to conspire with the gangster chief, that has yet to be determined.
It is speculated that the matas were there to help the gangster chief settle his differences with another gangster chief. Unfortunately, it didn't work out and he was shot and killed.
As for the reason why the government is moving so quickly in this case? Year end elections of course.
