This stun is an outdated 3rd world peasants' trick that will lethally fail these days except for very short flights. The jets fly very high these days, and for much longer distance. In the old days many 3rd world peasants pulled such tricks with propeller driven flights that are flying lower and shorter distance.

These days unless you haul several large oxygen tanks and wear 2 layers of diving suit + oxygen masks, you will die like this peasant. Even if you are so equipped, your journey will cause you to be badly injured and sick if not dead. Even Jacky Chan is already too old for this stun.
