Are you in living in Vancouver?
There is a very cheapskate TVB presenter who lived there and annoyed me with her demand for free things (even after the seller said it cost $20)

The cheapskate presenter,Chen Huaiyu, is on the right. in the pic.

the program is shown on Vancouver Fairchild TV

She will go around, complain about expensive Canadian prices, and ask for free stuff.
