Its not a Australia only recession, a worldwide one.....

Recession is not a bad thing.. I have been waiting for this moment for a long while..

I am still waiting for Balwyn to drop further.. if my economist frz prediction is correct.. STI will hit 1200 pts, Balwyn will drop btw 600-700k.. and I will b laughing again
