Now this is a novel I should really sit down and read one day. Hell, I have two copies of it. With all good intentions I planned to read it before the movie adaptation a year or so ago, but never did. But I don't think I've ever seen a negative review about it.

The only S?skind I've read is The Story Of Mr Sommer, which was more like a kids' book (it probably was, and I'm in denial), with a grim finale.
