Dear forum mates,

It seems that the judiciary is now given the free hand to make judgements on their own without political influences. My presumption is based on the fact that the judgment has come after the
result of the Tamilnadu elections in which the DMK was routed.

But still the punishment for economic offences committed by politicians have not yet been streamlined or made stringent in India. This type of partial legal action will definitely encourage the prospective offenders of Law . Hope the Forum mates would agree to my view.
