I know you say that a therapist wouldn't accept you or something like that. Your SSA is just a tip of a very large iceberg. After reading your posts; there is more than just SSA that's creating stress, anxiety and depression with you.

You can go to a therapist and never tell them about SSA until you are ready to. You need someone face to face to talk to. We're nice and all, but we are no substitute for actual "medical professional" help and advice.
