My sincere apologies for keeping off the forum and not coming to engage in conversations and lessons. To be honest, at the time I suddenly realised that I was neglecting my life and just sitting chatting on the computer.

I found the conversations fascinating, but had to back off and start living again. I've found myself enjoying my quilting, writing and back to visiting and spending time with my family again. I've also reconnected with my Spirit Guide and in the process of discussing a project with him about my meditations.

I will keep popping on to say hello and and catch up with the spiritual, but I'm afraid that it might be just every few days from now on.

That said, I hope you are all keeping well and hope to chat with you when I call back later tonight.
