It takes practice. Some days you will find it easier than other days depending on the level of emotions you have that day.

Just keep dismissing them. Worry/fear thoughts are the most common. Just dismiss them and say "Ok, I'll think about that later, I want to enjoy the ____ instead right now."

Keep dismissing the negative thoughts or intruding/pending things your ego thinks you should be doing. Your spirit is the most important, feed it often !
