Hi Irisheyersmiling,
I feel that this all has to do with your faith. Faith in yourself, faith in Spirit. How do you expect to receive divine or spiritual guidance when you have lost faith in it so quickly? I have found on my own spiritual path and that of many others, that things do not come right when we expect them too. Lose your 'expectations' of yourself and your abilities, and just have faith and KNOW that you are a loved and gifted medium and divine channel. Keep practicing, stay open, and have faith that they are there communicating. Quiet your ego mind, and allow yourself to open from the heart, not your mind. It will come Irish, it will, and when it does you will understand this part of your path as a very important lesson in your development.

That is so true MS! My guides will say this will happen but not a time frame. They know me well.

I should hope so since I've known two of them for many centuries at least. I've found usually things happen when I least am looking and expecting. I think it makes it more exciting and more definite if that makes sense. Like it was supposed to happen and it wasn't necessarily cause of me if that make sense.
