I believe that one day when we have become more responsible and evolved beings we'll all be able to communicate with each other telepathically. Reading others minds is a serious matter and unless we have reached a higher level of conscious awareness we won't be given this ability..
There are other civilisations not from this planet and Divine beings as well who communicate telepathically but they are way more advanced and understand the law of cause and effect and of course the rest of the universal laws, therefore they are not able of misusing this ability.
I didn't understand what was that with the angel, though...?? You were doing it to an angel? The angel got mad? Really? Angels get mad ?? Are you sure??
