My computer doesn't distract me .....ok, that was the biggest lie in the world but....I mean, not when I want to meditate and I meditate...I don't feel negative energy from it. do what feels right to you is what I'd say...online meditations and such are wonderful...so, if they distract you, put them away..if not, they are perfectly fine..although I do know a lot suggest that you put machinery etc away from bedrooms and meditation spots like Feng shui says that and it could be right but....if your computer is a "relaxation" tool instead of something that reminds you of work...why not?
