When you read a person, you connect to their spirit and the spirits around them.

Sounds like you had a hitchhiker lol. I call it that because spirit will come HOME with me if I don't release the energy right after a reading.

Do my "Drawing back your energy" meditation (its short and to the point) You take YOUR energy back and give them theirs. Also remember when speaking with your guides to thank them and use a closing. I use a closing door.

I see them go back to the otherside and close the door waving. When its time to work, I open the door and welcome them in.
