dark sun dang if i know lol ...i have typed it in three times and went to 20 sites that use the word but never explain it ... maybe some thing to do with psi energy like making psi balls
which is harnessing the energy from your hands to make balls of energy in your hands.
other than that am clueless on psipathy. and sorry for hijacking this thread
