i dont think anything is wrong with you ,and yes , i would say yourv got it , might be some confusion about whats what , but you will sort that out ,
attracting lower energys could have something to do with you thinking about them and when you get a bit run down ,, what i tell my guieds is that there is no room for any negative energys so any that come along have to be on there best behaveoure,lol,, keeping positive will allso keep them away , theres alot of good stuff on this site and the net about grounding and protection,and lerning to figure out whats your memorys ,and memorys from someone els ,
just give it a bit of time for all the info to settle then things will become clair,
